HomeMISSION
The State Aviation Group provides full-time aviation support to the M-Day aviation units of the Idaho Army National Guard in the areas of safety, maintenance, standardization and training. This is accomplished using the Office of the State Aviation Officer and the Army Aviation Support Facilities (AASF).
The State Aviation Office also functions as the command and control element for the DET 35 OSACOM that performs full-time operational missions. This unit provides fixed-wing transport in a regional support mode using the C-12U Aircraft.
